Elk Hunts From The Past 7

These first time hunters traveled West to experience a father son elk and deer hunt they will never forget! The son harvested his first ever elk pictured above. Both hunters tagged whitetail bucks and the father passed up a shot on a large 6 x 6 bull to allow another client the opportunity to harvest the bull. He didn't feel comfortable in the shot so he told one of our other clients to shoot the big 6 x 6 elk. The father didn't go home with a elk this trip however just speaking about his hunt of a lifetime with his brother back home brought tears to his eyes on this truly unforgettable elk hunting trip with us here at Montana Whitetails.
