Elk at Montana Whitetails 38

This small herd of elk was just a fraction of the big herd we had just harvested a bull from about 30 minutes prior. Another stalk and one more client tagged a great 6 x 6 bull from this group. The bull at the time of the photo is down in the creek to the right still working his way across the creek bottom. Our 7 rifle elk hunting clients where 100% successful on bull elk from early November through Thanksgiving week.
